1. Cinderella

You guys know the old Cinderella classic right? I loved Cinderella when I was young and even know I think she is an inspirational and amazing character. This movie portrays the original plot of Cinderella. A young maiden is living with her stepmother and stepsisters after her father dies. She is tantalized by her stepsisters and abused by her stepmother. When things start looking down, Ella gets invited to a ball where she hopes to meet her prince charming. Her stepmother refuses to let her go. Help arrives in the form of a mysterious beggar woman who has a magic touch for the ordinary.

2. The Avengers: Age of Ultron

The Avengers are back in battling a new villain, Ultron (James Spader).  Tony Stark a.k.a Iron Man(Robert Downy Jr.) jump-starts a dormant peacekeeping program, Iron man, Thor (Chris Hemsworth), The Incredible Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) and the rest of the Avengers unite to save the world as the Earth hangs in the balance.

3. Insurgent

Beatrice Prior (Shailene Woodley) continues her fight against a powerful alliance poisoning her society in this sequel to Divergent. Along the way, she teams up with others like her and discovers more about herself and the hidden past of her home. Packed with action and romance, this film is sure to stand out this year as one of the best teen movies.

4. Mockingjay Part 2

Well its the end of a legend: Mockingjay Part 2 is coming out, wrapping up the popular teen series. Jennifer lawrence returns to the screen as Katniss Everdeen, the Mockingjay, to fight along with the help of the districts against the capitol (and hopefully get rid of President Snow for good).

5. Pitch Perfect 2

The Pitch Perfect girls are back and ready to rule. This time they have entered an international A Capella competition, only no American team has ever one. Being the sequel to Pitch Perfect 1, fans definitely have high expectations, let’s see if they live up to it.

6. Minions

This summer film is sure to usher in a crowd of anywhere from 6-year olds to 16-year olds elated to see the beloved minions. On a mission to find a new “master,” to serve they meet Scarlet Overkill (Sandra Bullock) the first female super-villain the world has seen.

6. Jurassic world

Twenty-two years after the events of Jurassic Park, Isla Nublar, off of Costa Rica‘s Pacific coast, now features a fully functioning dinosaur theme park, Jurassic World, as originally envisioned by John Hammond. This new park is owned by the Masrani Global Corporation. Owen (Chris Pratt), a member of the park’s on-site staff, conducts behavioral research on the Velociraptors. At the corporation’s request, the park’s geneticists create a genetically modified hybrid dinosaur to boost visitor attendance, but it soon runs wild on the island

7. Jupiter Ascending

Even though Jupiter Jones (Mila Kunis) was destined for a great future, in reality she cleans houses and has endless bad breaks. Caine (Channing Tatum), a genetically engineered hunter, arrives on Earth to locate her. Jupiter is finally aware of the greatness that awaits her. Her signature puts her in line for an amazing inheritance giving her the ability to alter the cosmos.
