As the holidays approach us and we run out of things to do, baking is the answer. Food is always the answer. My recommendation for the upcoming winter dates is to make delicious snowball cookies. They actually have like a million names like Mexican Wedding cookies and Russian teacakes; whatever you want to call them, this is a tasty, quick, holiday recipe for those of us with a sweet tooth.
6. While hot, roll them in the remaining cup of powdered sugar. Cool. Sprinkle a bit more powdered sugar on top to give it a “snowy” look.
After following all the previous steps, your cookies should look like cute little powder balls of dough, and they will be finished and ready to eat. Enjoy!
