Basis soccer has ended. Although their record is only 2-8-1, there are a lot of positives to take away from this team. Anton Voronov scored 4 goal throughout the season. Pratik Nyaupane scored 3, Siva Kailas also scored 3, and Farhan Rahman scored 1. While it was a low scoring season, Basis was able to pull out two wins and a tie. It was a far from ideal start for the Bobcats in a new division, but the small successes this season can be a building point for next season. There are five seniors who played their final game on Tuesday: Chance Davis, Sami Omais, Ryan Pan, Ishaaon Sivansh, and Anton Voronov. While these seniors will be missed, there is still much talent on the roster. Basis soccer is headed in the right direction and under the direction of Coach Ray, this program can start off the season strong in Co-ed soccer this spring.
