Antelope Canyon is a popular destination for people seeking the natural beauty of Arizona. About a four hour drive away from Phoenix, Antelope Canyon is located on Navajo land near Page. Formed by the erosion of sandstone, this canyon offers unbelievable views from the canyon. I’m not talking about vast views of rocks, I’m talking about rocks that look like solid waves that were about to crash but didn’t. I’m talking about vast pathways inside the canyon that are overlooked by the tops of the canyon. That is the natural beauty of Arizona.
You can take a guided tour through the beautiful formations and learn more than you can imagine about the rocks from a true expert. It might seem boring at first because there’s only so much you can learn about rocks, but when you learn from someone who really loves what they do and you get to see what amazing things the world is capable of, it’ll be worth it. It’ll be worth getting a little dirt on you and possibly having your feet ache from a long tour.
A lot of times, we underestimate the true wonders of Arizona. Going to Antelope Canyon is a great place to visit and offers beautiful views and an amazing visit.
