With fall break rapidly approaching, and people still stuck on the topic of where to go, we want to show you some cool destinations for fall break.

1. Kuala Lampur, MalaysiaKuala Lumpur

 

Located in the southeast part of Asia, this is an incredible place to visit. It combines rural villages with an urban metropolis. There are also some incredible restaurants serving Malaysian delicacies such as curty, satah, and oyster omelet. Some key places to visit are the Petronas Twin Towers, the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, Bukit Bintang (a huge mall), and Central Market.

2. Vienna, Austria

Vienna, Austria

Located in Eastern Europe,this old but outstanding city attracts flocks of tourists. Dating from the 1500s, Austria houses incredible, old architecture, has musical history, and some amazing eateries. Some popular dishes that they serve boiled beef, sweet apple strudels, and even pancakes. Some amazing attractions are the Hofburg Palace, Belvedeer, St. Stephen’s Cathedral, and the Vienna State Opera.

3. Bueno Aires, Argentina

Buenos Aires, Argentina

 

This marvelous city is located in northern Argentina and is the second largest city in South America. Home to a bustling metropolitan population, this city is a cultural and business hotspot. Some places to see are Teatro Colon (an opera house), La Boca, La Recoleta Cemetery, and the Buenos Aires Obelisk.

4. St.Petersburg, Russia

St. Petersburg, Russia

 

The second largest city in Russia sits on the Neva River in western Russia. Founded by Peter the Great, this city was the political center of Russia for 200 years and still is a cultural center now. This city has great restaurants serving traditional Russian foods such as, shashlik (kabobs), borscht (beef and beet soup), and blini (Russian crepe). Some points of interest are the Winter Palace, Saint Isaac’s Cathredal, Peterhof Palace, Heritage Museum, and Marinsky Theatre.


5. Istanbul, Turkey

Located on the Bosphorus Strait, this city displays the opulence of Turkey with it’s magnificent structure. It represents the country’s political, economic, and cultural heart. The restaurants are famous for their delectable Turkish cuisine , serving favorites such as beef salad, salmon patties, baklava (all-time favorite), and kebab. Some great areas to visit are the Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, Galata Tower, Archaeology Museums, and Polmabachce Palace.
